Christy, when you click on the photo (when you are in editing mode, or writing the post, some options should pop up below the photo - specifically you are looking for "add caption". If you click on that, then you can do a caption, that will be posted just below the photo, and is "tied" to the photo. Call me if you need me to walk you through it!
